The Food Protection Management classes are taught by Joyce Storck and Chad Storck. Joyce is a retired Sanitarian Health Inspector for the Fayette County Health Department and has been teaching the class for over 18 years. As required in the State of Illinois, Convenient Food Safety Training offers the 8 hour classroom course or a on-line training course for the Food Protection Manager. The Food Protection Manager Test, the Basic Food Handler and Allergen on-line training are all ANSI approved. The classes are convenient and affordable for the busy manager and employees.
